RIGHT OF RETURN & REVOCATION


We take great pride in the quality of our carpets and pay close attention to every detail.
The return of your goods within the EU, is free of charge up to a roll length of 200cm.

From a roll length of 201cm, return shipping costs of 70-90 € will be incurred.

These can only be waived if the customer expressly agrees to pack

the goods in a transport-safe box provided by him. All carpets can be returned within 14 days.

We can arrange for the carpet to be picked up or we can send you a return slip

by e-mail upon request. If you are not satisfied and in case of complaint,

the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are valid. Please contact us for this.
If you revoke the purchase contract, we have all payments to you,
we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from

the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you

used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you;

in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.

If you revoke the purchase contract, we must return to you all payments
we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days

from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any

fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received

the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever

is the earlier. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value

is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for testing the quality,

characteristics and functionality of the goods. In the case of reduced goods

from the outlet area, the buyer bears the cost of return. These are depending on the

size of the carpet between 30-100 €.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As a consumer, you have the right within fourteen days without giving any notice
reasons to revoke this contract.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or one of you
named third party other than the carrier who took possession of the goods.
In the case of a contract for several goods, which you place under a single order
have ordered and which are delivered separately, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the
Day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier
took possession of the last goods.
In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods in several partial shipments or pieces
the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you,
who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a clear statement
(e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to enter into this contract
